A trader in Florida has a good network to sale heavy duty tires in Texas. They were having an offer at a reasonable price from their Chinese supplier. Also, the payment term was LC at Sight. But to open the LC, the buyer didn’t have enough cash to pay their bank to cover the cash margin.
